and Applicable Law
The processing of your personal data by
Records & Discs Ltd shall be subject to the laws of Ireland, including the
General Data Protection Regulation, when it applies from 25 May 2018 onwards.
The applicability of the laws of Ireland and General Data Protection Regulation
shall be without prejudice to any provisions that may apply to a particular
processing activity under local mandatory data protection law.
